3-Stage Recovery & Sober Living
Second Chances, Since 1963.
A Foundation for Life-Long Recovery
Talbot House Louisville has provided men in recovery with a safe, structured environment focused on accountability, healing, and long-term sobriety. Built on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance, the program offers peer support, recovery resources, life skills development, and a strong community dedicated to helping residents rebuild their lives with purpose, stability, and hope for the future.
A Safe Place to Begin Again
Talbot House Louisville provides structured, sober living for men seeking stability, recovery, and a fresh start. More than just housing, this is a safe, supportive environment where men can step away from the chaos of addiction and begin rebuilding their lives with clarity and purpose.
A Foundation for Long-Term Recovery
Our program is rooted in proven recovery principles, including the foundation of Alcoholics Anonymous. Residents develop essential life skills, healthy routines, and the mindset needed to navigate everyday challenges without returning to substance use.
Support Through Brotherhood
Recovery doesn’t happen alone. At Talbot House, peer mentorship and shared experience create a strong sense of accountability and support. Men who have progressed in their recovery help guide others, building confidence, structure, and a clear path forward.
